Cashflow is a B2B SaaS financial analytics tool that enables users to:
Upload business data (CSV, PDF, manual inputs)
Analyze inflow, outflow, and cashflow indicators
3. Roles Under DPDP Act
User (Business Customer): Data Fiduciary for business data uploaded
Optywise: Data Processor (processing data on behalf of the user)
For account-level personal data (email, phone):
Optywise acts as Data Fiduciary
4. User Obligations
You agree that:
You have lawful rights to upload and process the data
You have obtained necessary consent from individuals (if personal data is included)
Data uploaded complies with applicable laws
5. Consent Framework
By using the Platform, you provide free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent for:
Processing of account-level personal data
Use of your contact details for communication
You may withdraw consent by discontinuing use or contacting us.
6. Data Upload & Processing
Data is processed solely to provide analytics
We do not use uploaded business data for independent purposes
No resale or unauthorized sharing of user data
7. Data Deletion & Retention
Users may delete their data anytime
Deleted data is erased from active systems
Limited retention may occur in backups for system integrity, after which it is purged
8. Subscription & Payments
Monthly SaaS subscription
Non-payment may lead to suspension
Pricing subject to change with notice
9. Intellectual Property
All platform technology remains Optywise’s property.
10. Disclaimer
Insights are indicative, not financial advice
Users are responsible for business decisions
11. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.
12. Termination
We may suspend accounts for:
Non-payment
Misuse
Legal violations
